Great place to live I been living here for several years and the service and professionalism hasn't changed from day one. Always friendly and ready to get the job done.

I enjoy Crown Pointe so much! I love how quiet & small the complex is. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they come to fix it within 48hrs. My daughter loves using the pool in the summer. & The manager Michelle is so great & understanding. We really appreciated her when we had hard times.

I am a tenant at the Kingsport, location apt 220 and I absolutely love living here. The environment is clean the neighbors are super nice. I have to say that the complex is always well kept and the maintenance staff is always very attentive and always willing to go above and beyond on making sure things are fixed. Michelle, the property manager is also such a lovely person and Always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Her response to emails are very fast! I highly recommend living here 100%.

One thing I can say is when anything needs to be repaired the maintenance crew is on point. Two prior experiences showed me that they were very aware and a quick resolve. I place a work order and didn't take but a day for my problem to be resolved. Want to say Thank You to Avi and Joseph. I appreciate you guys and your outstanding service. You two have my vote👌🏾..
